Products and claims

Our formulations are food supplements and external-use oils prepared according to classical Kerala texts. They support healthy body structures and functions. They are not medicines, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Payment

Orders placed on this site are recorded and then confirmed by our care team, who contact you to arrange payment before the parcel is dispatched. No card details are collected on this site.

Shipping and customs

• Parcels ship from Kerala, India with a commercial invoice listing botanical Latin names, net weight and HS tariff codes.
• Transit time depends on destination — typically 5 to 14 business days after dispatch, plus customs processing.
• Import duties, taxes and any local clearance fees are the recipient's responsibility.
• A small number of countries restrict herbal imports. If your destination cannot be served, we will tell you and cancel the order.

Returns

Because these are ingestible and topical preparations, opened items cannot be returned. If a parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, write to our care team within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace it.

Consultations

Consultations can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time from your account. Inside 24 hours, please contact the care team. Slot times are shown in your own time zone, converted from clinic hours in India.
