Days 1–7
Rest, warmth and gentle digestion
Warm water, easily digested rice preparations and light abdominal binding. Daily oil application begins once your practitioner confirms you are comfortable.

Days 8–21
Oil routine and herbal baths
Full-body warm oil routine with Dhanwantharam Thailam, followed by herbal bath powder in warm water. Fermented tonics support appetite and healthy digestion.

Days 22–40
Strength, lactation support and sleep
Shatavari-based tonics support healthy lactation, with graded movement, breathing practice and a sleep rhythm mapped to your baby's feeding pattern.

Beyond day 40
Return-to-routine plan
A closing consultation reviews your recovery, sets a maintenance routine and plans the transition back to work or exercise.
