- Order details: items, shipping address and delivery progress.
Who can see it
Your intake and consultation records are visible to you and to the practitioner you booked. Uploaded documents are held in private storage and are never publicly accessible. Our pharmacy team sees order contents and shipping details so your parcel can be compounded, packed and cleared through customs.
Cross-border processing
JeevaMeds operates from India. Your consultation and order information is processed there in order to provide the service you requested. Shipping carriers and customs authorities receive only the details required to deliver your parcel.
Your choices
You can update your details from your account at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and intake records by writing to our care team. We keep order records where we are required to for tax and customs purposes.
